Job Detail
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential units, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as clearing clogged drains and replacing worn-out components.
  • Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as leaks and burst pipes, and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate plumbing repairs and installations across multiple properties.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports.
  • Communicate effectively with residents to explain plumbing issues and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual – Preferred.
  • Valid plumber’s license or certification – Preferred.
  • Multifamily Experience – Required
  • Willingness to travel between residential properties as needed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a plumber, preferably in residential settings.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Work schedule:
  • Monday- Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Saturday and Sunday Emergencies Only
