Job Summary
FL Green Innovations is seeking a dedicated and proactive Runner (Field Operator) to support daily operations, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth field activities.
This position requires frequent driving, on-site visits, and close coordination with both clients and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and professionalism.
Compensation
$4,000 per month
Gas allowance provided

Key Responsibilities
Support and streamline backend operations to improve daily efficiency
Meet customers in person, providing excellent and professional service
Handle administrative tasks such as emails, spreadsheets, and CRM updates
Drive to multiple locations daily to fulfill operational needs
Report daily activities and progress to management
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Proven experience in a similar field or operations role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, CRM software)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (gas allowance provided)
Flexibility and readiness to adapt to dynamic daily tasks
