Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pump Technician to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will assume the responsibility of installing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse array of pump systems. Your technical proficiency will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Comprehensive diagnosis and repair of various irrigation and filtration equipment.
– Effective communication with customers and team members to foster customer satisfaction.
– Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and job site.
– Accurate inventory management of tools and parts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Proficient in technical, communication, and teamwork skills.
– Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and performing repetitive tasks.
– Comfortable working in aquatic environments; proficiency in rowing a boat and swimming is essential.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Smartphone with an active data plan.
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– Availability for weekday shifts, with occasional after-hours or weekend call-outs.
