Experienced Tile Installer (Independent Contractor)
Glass City Flooring & Tile is seeking an experienced and dependable Tile Installer to join our network of independent contractors.
We’re looking for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to delivering exceptional results for residential and commercial clients throughout the Toledo area.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven technical proficiency in tile cutting, layout, and installation across various materials and patterns
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess on-site challenges quickly and effectively
Excellent attention to detail and dedication to high-quality workmanship
Knowledge of surface preparation, including underlayment installation, leveling, and waterproofing
Professional communication and customer service skills
Must have valid documentation as an independent contractor (including business registration, liability insurance, and any applicable certifications or licenses)
Ability to provide work history, references, or portfolio demonstrating experience and craftsmanship
Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience and scope of work.
