Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Epoxy / Resinous Flooring Installers to join our field team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and hands-on experience installing a variety of resinous and concrete flooring systems. Candidates should be comfortable working on active construction sites, operating surface prep equipment, and traveling to projects across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, shot-blasting, or scarifying.
Mix, apply, and finish resinous flooring systems (epoxy, urethane slurry, polyaspartic, MMA, etc.).
Install cementitious overlays, patching compounds, and moisture mitigation systems.
Perform decorative applications such as quartz broadcast, flake broadcast, and metallic epoxy.
Install joint fillers, sealants, and integral cove base.
Assist with polished, sealed, and stained concrete work as required.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
Operate grinders, vacuums, and other flooring equipment efficiently.
Travel to job sites (hotel and per diem provided for out-of-town work).
Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on epoxy or resinous flooring experience (preferred).
Experience with surface prep equipment (grinders, shot blasters, etc.).
Ability to read and follow project specifications and instructions.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
