High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
Comprehensive knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools specific to concrete finishing.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy tools and materials.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
