** Must have prior Window Tint Installation Experience**
Seeking proven Automotive Window Tint installer for immediate hire at our Tomball, TX location. Climate controlled, state of the art location in a high income area with all the comfort features. Come join the fastest growing and highest paying auto restyling company in the industry!
Preferred Education/ Experience/ Skills and/or Attributes :
2+ years experience in Automotive Window Tint Installation is required.
You are at least 18 years of age.
Experience using both plotter machines and hand-cutting techniques for precise and high-quality installations.
Must be comfortable working on High End, Luxury, and Lifted vehicles.
Comfortable using ladders, heat guns, precision knife, and squeegee
Meticulous attention to detail, motivated, willing to learn and positive attitude is a must!
Strong communication skills and a team player. Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Must maintain a safe work environment and abide by all safety regulations.
Essential Functions:
Apply XPEL window film on side / rear windows, and windshields for various vehicles, ensuring precision and quality finish
Able to strip existing window film if necessary
Proficiency in using tools/tinting equipment
Utilize hand and power tools to perform installations and repairs effectively, adhering to safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
Performs other duties as assigned
