Created in 2025 by a couple of life long friends, Blown Right Insulation is a growing, local insulation business specializing in energy-efficient home solutions by offering loose fill fiberglass/cellulose, batt, and insulation removal services. We pride ourselves in providing transparent quotes and high end service for our customers. We are looking for 1-2 detail-oriented and customer driven candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities
Load/unload trailer specific to each job.
Support the site supervisor on removal and install jobs.
Remove old/damaged insulation in preparation for new.
Install loose fill fiberglass/cellulose, batt insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas of the home as noted.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Provide top-notch customer service.
Operate hand tools (e.g., caulking guns, utility knives) and power tools (ex. drills, saws) safely and effectively.
Measure and cut insulation materials accurately to fit designated spaces.
Apply caulking, air sealing, and weatherproofing techniques to ensure energy efficiency.
Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after use.
Requirements
Must be customer driven.
Ability to communicate effectively with site manager and home owner.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job site.
Proven experience in construction or insulation installation preferred.
Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by project scope.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
