These roles focus on apartment turn and commercial painting projects, requiring detail-oriented professionals who can work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidates will have experience in interior painting and surface preparation, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming.
Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Perform apartment turn painting efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Complete commercial interior painting projects with a high-quality finish.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow safety protocols and properly handle painting materials.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
A skilled painter should have 2-3 years of professional painting experience (apartment turns or commercial projects preferred). Painter Helper at least 18 months of continuous experience.
Strong knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
Ability to cut clean lines and achieve a smooth, even finish.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
Preferred (Not Required) Skills:
Experience with spray painting equipment.
Basic drywall patching and minor repairs.
Compensation & Benefits:
