Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented cabinet finisher to join our team. Someone with experience spraying cabinet finishes, specifically conversion varnish, is ideal. We need a self starter that is reliable, honest and efficient. Experience in prep such as masking, cleaning, sanding and filling is also needed. Pay will ultimately be determined by experience.
Duties
Preparing cabinets to finish or refinish. To include cleaning, filling, sanding and masking.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to prepare surfaces for finishing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct repairs and restoration work on damaged cabinetry as needed.
Apply finishes
Work on-site at various construction locations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Experience
Familiarity with hand tools and finishing equipment
Experience masking, cleaning, and sanding cabinets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
