Lead Flooring Installer/PM

## Job Overview
We are seeking an installer to join our team. Must have minimum of five years’ experience in flooring industry. If you have expertise, in flooring we want to hear from you.
## Duties
-Manage & install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, LVP, coatings, sheet goods, and carpets.
– Inspect and prepare subfloors for installations
– Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
– Repair or replace damaged flooring
– Ensure installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
– Collaborate with team members and customers to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
-Work weekly out of town as company needs pertain. (Generally, includes additional compensation)
-Maintains and organizes all company equipment and property in an orderly fashion on site as well as in vehicles and shop
-Complete all daily checklists and logs
-Can lift 100LBS Daily
## Skills
– Proficiency in construction-related tasks such as floor repair and installation.
– Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to read schematics
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
