MOLD BUILDER 1-A

Safely create molds for custom RockCast units while assuring that mold specifications, special instructions, and schedule all satisfy customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Ability to understand and read shop drawings
Ability to use basic hand tools while setting up and using table saws and other various shop tools
Working with production with assisting in mold set-up
May need to perform finishing operations on molds to include painting
Ability to lift up-to 75lbs with assistance
All other duties as assigned
Ability to work across all levels of the organization
Ability to utilize mathematical skills.

Education

High School/GED preferred, not required

Experience

Wood shop or carpentry experience

Language

Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English or Spanish language.

Technology

Knowledge of how to use hand tools, saw, and other carpentry tools

Physical Demands

The employee is to regularly Stand; Walk; Climb or balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk or hear

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with assistance (physically demanding position)
