Job Summary
Our family owned home contracting business has an opening for a multi-skilled experienced general carpenter. Our humble beginnings as a residential painting contractor has fully evolved over the last 40+ years to include a full Carpentry Division: “Carpentry Done Right”.
The Carpentry Done Right division, over the past 10 years, has grown to include Home Repairs, Rebuilds and Remodeling. The right candiate for this carpentry position will enjoy working with a supportive team of skilled craftsmen and will have 5+years experience working in the building industry. Leads need 6-10 yrs.
The position requires the ability to think quickly, assess a situation and be flexible if changes need to be made. An analytical and critical thinker with a wide scope of carpentry skills is needed. Areas of work will be varied: repairs, installations, rebuilds, decking, siding, Ext and Int trim work, some framing, window/door installation, drywall, and more.

MINIMUM of 5+ years residential carpentry experience
Own basic carpentry hand tools, power tools (list provided at interview)
Able to make cuts with precision
Experienced working on ladders
Work 40 hours per week (M-F)
Dependable
Reliable vehicle
Smart phone (receives group texts)
Valid Driver’s License
Pass a thorough background check, DMV check and Drug free
Compensation based on your carpentry experience, job references and work experience (we do check). We pay very well and are competitive with the industry standard in our market. Usually starts around $25/hr. but depends on actual experience. We recognize talent and will compensate accordingly. Additional bonuses and income are available. Proven work experience within the industry, with high recommendations, can earn more.
