Capital Construction Services specializes in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, storms, vandalism etc. For two decades we have provided home and business owners throughout Richmond and surrounding areas with exceptional service from our dedicated team.
Capital is seeking experienced carpenters in the Richmond area that are highly motivated, reliable, personable and must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with a dedication to quality work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Demo, framing, general carpentry, light siding, cabinet and trim installation, window and door installation, punch out items, light drywall repair.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after hours emergency service calls
Qualifications for the role include:
Minimum 5 years of foreman carpentry experience required
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and construction equipment
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Ability to use problem solving skills and sound judgement on each job
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Must pass a background check
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation:
Full-time position
Competitive hourly wage based on expereience
