We are seeking skilled individuals to join our Trim Install Crew and Window Install Crew. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality installation of trim and windows in residential and commercial settings. Duties
Perform installation of trim, windows, and related fixtures according to project specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate installations.
Conduct fabrication tasks as needed for custom installations.
Execute heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials on construction sites.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Apply caulking and finishing techniques to enhance the durability and appearance of installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Be on time and ready to work with a positive attitude
Have reliable transportation
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in construction , with a focus on trim carpentry and window installation.
Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning.
Hands-on experience with glass installation techniques.
Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing processes related to construction.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with metal stud framing is a plus.
Background in maintenance person services or general construction painting is advantageous.
