We are seeking a MASTER carpenter for our fast paced and growing remodeling company! This is a full time and permanent position, with a four day work week and potential for overtime.
*** This role focuses on intricate, skillful carpentry and sharing knowledge—not simply general labor tasks. We want an artisan, not a general construction worker. ***
We require at least 20 years of proven carpentry experience in diverse remodeling applications—finish carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, and custom solutions (not just framing or basic repairs). We are looking for someone with exceptional ability with tools, who can achieve precise, high-quality finishes. And someone with enthusiasm to teach, lead, and mentor the next generation of carpenters.
