JOB: Experienced fully tooled Trim carpenter/pick up/ punch list man needed
LUXURY HOME BUILDER — MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM HIGH END WORK.
** PART-TIME — START IMMEDIATELY **
Most work can be performed after hours and or weekends
Job Scope:
Baseboard install
Hang and case doors door
hardware bath hardware
Crown molding
Simple cabinet install
panelized wood fluting install
install light fixtures (optional)
drywall repair
minor tile install / repair (optional)
Misc. punch list items
$45 / hour or mini piece contracts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Work Location: In person
