You will be a part of our Woodworking department. This department is responsible for reading blueprints accurately. This involves building audio console surrounds, trays, trunks, drawers, and other items to order.
Other responsibilities include –
· Construction of dog houses, fiberglass trunks, trays, and drawers, built to work order specifications.
· Cutting, routing, and sanding items to get the desired finish/fit.
· Using wood glue, staple guns, routers, sanders, etc.
· Reading blueprints for accurate assembly.
· Working together as a team to accomplish daily goals.
· Laying out and examining hardware, panels, and extrusion that will be used to ensure that specifications are met
· Lift or move materials and finished products using carts and other equipment
· Verifying the case is accurate by measuring the completed case
· Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements on specific equipment, for example, staple guns and routers.
· Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish jobs.
· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
This job is very similar to a custom cabinet building. Any experience in this area will serve you well.

Qualifications:
· Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
· Cabinet building a considerable plus
· Ability to use a tape measure
. Ability to use a wide range of wood working tools with little to no oversite.
· High attention to detail
· Ability to ask questions during construction to ensure product is manufactured correctly
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently (fast-paced assembly environment)
· Proper and safe use of tools and the ability to follow and maintain a safe work environment
