Location: Long Beach, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $24-30/hr range (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, cabinet fabrication, and installation. You will be responsible for building, assembling, and finishing custom cabinetry for residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and assemble wood or other materials for custom cabinets and furniture.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Install finished cabinetry on-site according to project specifications.
Sand, stain and finish cabinets to meet quality standards.
Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
Coordinate schedule, prioritize tasks and ensure all projects are completed on time
Maintain a positive, clean and organized workshop.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site installations.
Collaborate with designers, builders, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cabinet maker, carpenter, or woodworker. (5 years minimum)
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes.
Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and woodworking equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret drawings or blueprints.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to delegate if necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certification preferred).
Valid driver’s license (if travel to job sites is required).
Must maintain a personal set of hand tools
Preferred Skills
Experience with some 3D software (CAD, Rhino,…).
Knowledge of various cabinet hardware and installation methods.
Finishing and refinishing experience (painting, staining, varnishing).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
