Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Maintenance Technician (Part-Time: 28 hrs per week) needed for two apartment complexes one located in Mangham, LA and one located in Gilbert, LA.
Position will work 2 days per week at each complex. Work schedule is Monday – Thursday (8:00am – 3:30pm daily). Off on Fridays.
Requirements:
Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
Must provide own tools (basics), have reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license.
Required to handle emergency calls on 24/7 basis.
Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 per hour.
Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays offered.
Due to part-time status, position is not eligible for insurance benefits.
