HVAC Service/Sales Technician

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service/Sales Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional heating and air conditioning services to our diverse client base. This energetic position combines technical expertise with customer-focused sales efforts, empowering you to troubleshoot complex systems, perform maintenance and repairs, and recommend tailored solutions that enhance comfort and efficiency. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to our reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and boilers. Residential focused.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Conduct field service visits to residential or commercial properties, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, explain repair options, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions that improve energy efficiency or system performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience with a strong focus on customer communication and consultative sales.
Proven ability to engage customers, identify needs, and close sales opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers
Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification/license preferred
High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus)

Full-Time
Monday – Friday
