Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Maintenance professional to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanics, with expertise in various technical areas including programmable logic controllers, HVAC systems, and hydraulic systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting and repairs.
Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and other critical equipment.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training on best practices.
Conduct field service operations as needed, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Analyze schematics and technical documentation to diagnose issues effectively.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
Execute welding tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Maintain compliance with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.

Skills
Proven experience in industrial mechanic roles with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
Proficiency in working with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CMMS software.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, including HVAC/R troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with hydraulic systems and scissor lifts is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for electrical systems.
Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Previous experience as an industrial electrician is an asset.
Military experience is considered a plus for this role.

Pay: $21.90 – $26.37 per hour
