One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Yuma is looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Sales and Service Technician to join our growing team.
About the Position
As a Sales and Service Technician, you’ll represent our company in customers’ homes — diagnosing HVAC issues, performing repairs and maintenance, installing new systems, and offering comfort solutions that best meet each customer’s needs. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately
Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
Install new heating and cooling systems
Present options and sell replacement systems and upgrades
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Deliver top-quality customer service with professionalism and integrity
Be available for on-call, evening, and weekendwork as scheduled
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of HVAC experience (service, repair, and installation)
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
NATE certification a strong plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
