HVAC/R Installer

Accutherm Refrigeration is a commercial refrigeration company focused on the unique industry of Supermarket/Grocery Refrigeration. We are currently hiring installers for construction projects in Phoenix, AZ.
If you are a skilled installer, new to the trade, or a Residential HVAC Installer looking for a change, we want to talk to you!
Job Responsibilities:
Work on-site at customer locations to build or remodel HVAC & Refrigeration systems; including the installation of piping support systems, pipefitting, brazing, and insulating refrigeration lines.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of supermarket refrigeration systems from the ground up.
Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements/Qualifications:
A strong work ethic.
Ability to work Flexible hours – Projects are completed day or night, and may involve travel out of town.
Willingness to learn.
Strong mechanical aptitude, with proficiency in pipe fitting and brazing preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
