HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
The HVAC Service Technician responsibilities/duties include, but are not limited to: Preventative Maintenance service, compressor repair/maintenance, leak checks, troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems. Technicians will also produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as time sheets and work orders etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience required
HVAC experience required. Refrigeration experience is a plus
Strong trouble shooting skills, strong electrical & mechanical background
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Supply own tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders for roof access
Must be highly safety conscious
Able to work individually or as a team with customers or co-workers
Strong organizational skills, motivated and ability to follow through on duties with minimal supervision
Show great attention to detail, be able to handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
