Position: HVAC Service Technician
Pay: Clear Path to $100k PLUS Annually!
Compensation Breakdown:
Hybrid Pay: Hourly Plus Commission-Based Earnings:
Trainee – $20-22 Per Hour – Ride Along and Training
Level 1 – Maintenance Technician: $24 Per Hour
Level 2 – Service & Diagnostic Technician: $26 Per Hour
Level 3 – Senior Service & Diagnostic: $28 Per Hour
Level 4 – Performance Technician – $30 Per Hour
Top Performers Earning $150K Annually!
Location: Concord, CA
Hours:
Full-Time Position
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, Starting at 7 A.M. Until Last Call
Typical Workload: 3–4 Service Calls per Day (8–10, 10–12, 12–2, 2–4)
Note: Later Calls May Occur During Hotter Weather

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician (preferred)
EPA certification preferred, but will help obtain once hired
Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting ability
Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Bilingual is preferred but not required
Demonstrated job stability and interest in long-term employment
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
Summary:
Join Hometown Heating & Air Conditioning as an HVAC Service Technician, where you’ll service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, interact professionally with customers, and ensure clean, accurate paperwork while following all safety rules and company standards.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HVAC experience, a mechanical aptitude, and strong troubleshooting skills. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills are essential, and those who are bilingual or demonstrate long-term job stability will stand out.

Servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshooting like a pro when things go sideways
Keeping it professional with customers, but never stiff
Wrapping up jobs with clean, accurate paperwork
Following safety rules and company standards—because nobody wants a “learning moment” on a roof in July

Pay: $55,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
