Residential Service Plumber

True Plumb, LLC is a family-owned plumbing company known for quality workmanship, integrity, and taking care of our team. We’re looking for an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers right.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (water heaters, leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, etc.)
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates
Provide accurate invoices and complete jobs efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized work van and uphold company standards
Mentor apprentices as needed and represent True Plumb with professionalism
What We Offer:
$25+ per hour, based on experience and skill
No on-call, nights, or weekends
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
Company truck and uniform provided
Family-run environment that values honesty, reliability, and good humor
Who You Are:
2+ years of residential plumbing experience (service/repair preferred)
Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A true team player who enjoys helping people and solving problems
