Residential Plumber
We’re seeking a skilled Plumber to maintain and repair plumbing systems in tenant-occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential plumbing and be able to efficiently diagnose and resolve a variety of issues.

Compensation:
$21 – $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties
Perform snake/camera drain services when needed
Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and efficiently
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems in the area
Safely and effectively utilize plumbing tools and equipment in accordance with local codes
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients
Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times while performing a work order
Qualifications:
Previous work experience as a plumbing technician is a must
Possesses proficiency in comprehending and working with plumbing systems and equipment
Ability to accurately interpret blueprints
Skilled in effectively solving problems and troubleshooting various plumbing issues
Strong emphasis on work ethic and meticulous attention to detail is required
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
