ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential tankless and tank water heaters, along with general plumbing duties. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for solving problems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
● Install, service, and repair tank and tankless water heaters
● Provide maintenance and safety inspections for water heating systems
● Work independently or as part of a crew to complete assigned jobs efficiently
● Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
● Maintain accurate records of work performed
● Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
● Minimum 3 years of experience in service plumbing
● Journeyman or plumbing license (preferred but not required)
● Knowledge of various water heater types: gas, electric, tankless, etc.
● Background in new construction is preferred
● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
● Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work in a variety of environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
● Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
● Excellent communication and customer service skills required
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
