Residential Service Plumber 7yrs exp+

$5,000 SIGNING BONUS
We are seeking a skilled and experienced service plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for selling plumbing products and services to residential home owners. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and commission.

Responsibilities:
– Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (e.g., pipes, fixtures, fittings) in accordance with building codes and regulations
– Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
– Cross-sell / upsell plumbing services
– Problem solve plumbing problems
– Knowledge of water softners and recirculation pumps, preferred
– Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
– Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
– Maintain accurate records of work performed
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques and practices
– Goal-oriented to achieve and grow
– We offer commison on top of a base hourly pay

– Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces)
