This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. The Plumber will utilize a variety of tools and techniques to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Utilize hand tools and power tools.
Conduct pipe threading and ensure proper fitting of pipes.
Collaborate with construction teams to integrate plumbing systems into building designs.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any necessary repairs or modifications.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plumber
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and standards.
Ability to perform pipe threading and other related tasks efficiently.
A valid driver’s license.
Strong problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mindset for tackling various challenges on the job site.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
