Plumber Apprenticeship
Concord Commercial Services, Inc. provides many professional trade skills much like a general contractor. Although we strive for new construction of facilities, we also aim for the preventive maintenance, daily upkeep, and planned improvements of existing facilities. Plumber Apprenticeship
The Plumber’s Apprentice assists licensed plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing under the supervision of a licensed professional. This role offers a pathway to becoming a licensed plumber. Apprentices will gain valuable experience and may be eligible for certification and advancement based on performance and training completion.

As such, your direct report/Manager/Executive Team may assign additional tasks on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
Assist in installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and water systems
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
Prepare and clean work areas before and after plumbing tasks
Cut, measure, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools
Learn to interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
Support testing of plumbing systems for leaks and functionality
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
Shadow licensed plumbers and participate in on-the-job training
Perform other duties assigned by the supervising plumber
Work may be indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
May involve standing, bending, climbing, and lifting for extended periods
Exposure to construction environments, tools, and materials
Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Enrollment in or willingness to join a plumbing apprenticeship program
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
Basic math and mechanical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
