Early Bird Plumbing | Sacramento, CA
$100k-$150k a Year | Full-Time (Mon–Fri)
No Nights. No Weekends. No On-Call.
We’re Early Bird Plumbing—a family-run company with a top-notch reputation and a loyal customer base. We’re growing and looking for experienced, confident residential service plumbers who are ready to work smarter, not harder.
This is a Monday–Friday, daytime-only position with a clear path to consistent earnings, great benefits, and a supportive, no-drama team.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly
Confidently present multiple repair or replacement options using our process
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, gas lines, and piping systems (DWV, copper, PEX, etc.)
Maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship
Use our field management software (ServiceTitan) to build estimates and document work
Be reliable, friendly, and tidy in every home you enter
✅ What You Bring:
5+ years of residential service plumbing experience (not just new construction or commercial)
A clean driving record, ability to pass a background and substance test
Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to homeowners
Confidence presenting options (not high-pressure sales—just service-based clarity)
Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists (we’ll train you on ours)
A customer-first mindset and team-player attitude
