TradeCareersHQ does not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, broker, or agent and does not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring decisions, or candidate suitability.

  1. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.

  1. User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

  1. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to post misleading, unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive content, nor to misuse or interfere with the Platform or its security features.

  1. Job Seekers

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications and for independently verifying job opportunities. TradeCareersHQ is not responsible for employer conduct or employment outcomes.

Employers and recruiters represent that job postings are lawful and accurate and agree to comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

  1. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Advertising content must comply with our Advertising Content Policy. Advertisers are solely responsible for claims, disclosures, and intellectual property rights.

  1. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content submitted but grant MedFire Innovations, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content to operate and promote the Platform.

  1. Third-Party Content and Links

TradeCareersHQ is not responsible for third-party content, external websites, or transactions between users and third parties.

  1. Fees and Payments

All Advertising Content must be truthful, accurate, lawful, professional, and clearly identified as advertising. Content may not impersonate editorial or job-posting material or use deceptive tactics.

  1. Prohibited Advertising Content

Advertising may not include illegal products or services, false or misleading claims, guaranteed employment or income, pyramid schemes, adult content, hate speech, political endorsements without approval, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

  1. Accuracy, Substantiation, and Disclosures

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring claims are accurate, substantiated, and properly disclosed, including labeling sponsored content and providing required disclaimers.

  1. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Advertisers represent that they own or are licensed to use all content, branding, trademarks, images, likenesses, and materials submitted for advertising.

  1. AI-Generated Advertising Content

AI-generated content must not mislead, impersonate individuals or organizations, or fabricate testimonials or endorsements. Advertisers bear full responsibility for AI content.

  1. Landing Pages and External Links

Advertisements linking off-platform must direct to secure, accurate landing pages with clear pricing, terms, and privacy disclosures. TradeCareersHQ is not responsible for external sites.

  1. Data Collection and Tracking

Advertising involving data collection or tracking must comply with applicable privacy laws and Platform consent requirements. Unauthorized tracking is prohibited.

  1. Review, Enforcement, and Removal

TradeCareersHQ may review, remove, or suspend advertising at any time and terminate advertiser accounts for violations. No refunds are guaranteed.

TradeCareersHQ operates solely as a technology platform and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or hiring agent. All responsibility for job postings rests with the Employer submitting the posting.

  1. Eligibility to Post Jobs

Only legitimate employers, recruiters, or authorized agents with legal authority to recruit for the role may post job opportunities. Jobs must be real, current, and lawful.

  1. Accuracy and Truthfulness of Job Listings

Job postings must be accurate, truthful, professional, and representative of a real employment opportunity. Placeholder, evergreen, or misleading listings are prohibited.

  1. Prohibited Job Postings

Prohibited postings include fake jobs, MLMs, pyramid schemes, jobs requiring upfront fees, illegal or unlicensed work, adult services, scams, phishing, or resume-harvesting roles.

  1. Employer Profile Standards

Employer profiles must accurately represent the organization’s legal identity and business operations and may not include misleading claims, impersonation, or unlicensed branding.

  1. Job Posting Best Practices

Employers are encouraged to provide clear job titles, accurate descriptions, required qualifications, compensation transparency where required, and timely updates or removals of filled positions.

  1. Recruitment and Hiring Conduct

Employers must conduct recruitment activities professionally and lawfully and may not misrepresent positions, charge applicant fees, collect unnecessary personal data, or engage in harassment.
