Job Detail
- Must have had Equipment Operator training and certificate from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO – TSS and TLL)
- Must have a minimum of 3(3) years certified experience operating BOTH LARGE SMALL cranes in an industrial environment
- Additional knowledge and requirements as needed
- Job Duties:
- Operate a stationary or mobile crane to lift, move, position, reposition, or place machinery, equipment, or other large objects at construction sites and inside industrial facilities
- Manipulate or depress crane controls to regulate speed and direction of the crane and hoist movement in accordance with signal, written, or verbal commands in a safe and effective manner
- Inspect crane for safety issues daily and determine if any parts may be malfunctioning in order to keep the equipment in safe operating condition
- Inspect, rig, and ensure rigging applications are configured in accordance with the load chart and manufacturer guidelines
- Follow any and all safety regulations, site requirements, company policies, and operating procedures
- Keep the personal safety of every1in mind at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
