About us: nova ponds is a locally owned and growing small business specializing in backyard pond & water feature installation and maintenance, as well as the construction and upkeep of larger earthen ponds and lakes.

From $25 an hour

Employment Experience is required

• Build, clean, and maintain ponds, waterfalls, fountains, and lakes
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, filters, and plumbing systems
• Perform seasonal pond care, aquatic plant management, and algae control
• Interact professionally with clients and represent NOVA Ponds on job sites
• Work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments
• Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential
• Prior experience in hardscaping, landscaping, irrigation, construction, or related trades required
• Leadership or crew management experience is highly preferred
• Must be punctual, reliable, and organized
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CDL is not required but is a plus
