Job Detail
- Supervise daily operations of golf course maintenance crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee landscaping, mowing, irrigation, and tree care activities to ensure high-quality results
- Coordinate construction and installation projects related to outdoor spaces
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet client expectations
- Train and mentor team members in horticulture practices, equipment use, and safety procedures
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and environmental compliance
- Maintain equipment and tools necessary for maintenance and construction tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Skills
- Extensive experience in golf course maintenance, lawn care, pesticides, chemicals horticulture, and tree care
- Proven supervising experience with strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, construction processes, and general maintenance practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
