Overview join our dynamic landscape and maintenance team as a snow shoveler where your expertise will keep outdoor spaces safe, functional, and beautiful year-round! in this vital role, you’ll be responsible for managing snow removal operations during winter months, ensuring pathways, driveways, and parking areas are clear and accessible.

$25 – $30 an hour

• Operate snow plowing equipment such as snow blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders to clear walkways, and parking lots efficiently and safely.
• Maintain equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations involving heavy machinery or hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with team members to plan daily tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Requirements
• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
• Hands-on experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mowing, and hardscape installation.
• Familiarity with snow plowing techniques using various equipment like snow blowers or plows. previous experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles related to gardening, tree care (trimming/removal), irrigation systems, and general outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of land management practices including lawn care routines and landscape upkeep.
• Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety procedures at all times.
