  • Continually coach and support Team Members to ensure they have the skills, tools and resources to successfully complete their jobs, including the delivering of the Five Star Experience expectations.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our irrigation systems, including nutrient mixing, irrigation scheduling, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Create nutrient recipes and feed drenches tailored to different growth stages and strains, ensuring the precise delivery of nutrients to plants.
  • Regularly collect data on EC (electrical conductivity) and WC (water content) levels in the root zone, adjusting as needed to maintain optimal nutrient concentrations.
  • Work closely with the Head Grower, Irrigation Supervisor, Flower Lead/Manager, and Vegetative Lead/Manager to ensure irrigation strategies align with cultivation goals and growth phases.
  • Implement strict quality control measures to ensure the consistent delivery of nutrients and water to plants, promoting healthy growth and vitality.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing irrigation and nutrient management in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the facilities and maintenance team to maintain irrigation equipment and infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
  • Prepare regular reports on irrigation system performance, nutrient levels, and data analysis, providing insights to senior management.
  • Maintain excellent communications with all Directors and Supervisors.
  • Implements approved departmental policies and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of competitive changes including industry trends and local competitive set.
  • Develop, maintain and nurture a positive work environment.
  • Responsible for maintaining a disciplined environment and implement practices that promote safety, quality and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
  • Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.
  • Able to make difficult decision in a fair and honest manner.
  • Strong verbal and writ10communication skills.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (MUST BE DOCUMENTED): High School Degree (or GED) preferred.
  • Five (5) years (or equivalent) Supervisory/Management experience.
  • Minimum of 3(3) years of hands-on experience in cultivation, with a focus on irrigation and nutrient management.
  • In-depth knowledge of strains, genetics, and nutrient requirements.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to irrigation and nutrient management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • CERTIFICATION, LICENSES AND ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass periodic random drug screens.
  • Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
  • Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.
