Job Brief
Flooring installer / helperhome interiors, a family owned flooring company, is looking for full time flooring installers and helpers to join our team.
Salary Detail
$20 – $28 an hour

Qualifications
Diploma in releted field is required
Job Detail
- Remove existing flooring and discard (if applicable)
- Prep surfaces for new flooring – clear dust, debris, and obstructions
- Apply adhesive, grout, or other appropriate materials to work surface
- Cut floor coverings and foundation materials according to blueprints and sketches
- Install flooring (tile, carpet, luxury vinyl, hardwood, sheet vinyl, laminate)
- Keep jobsite properly maintained and clean throughout entire installation process
- Keep job on schedule at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to all external customers at all times
- Standard Qualifications
- Carpet Installation Experience Preferred
- Prior experience as a flooring installer preferred but not required – will train the right candidate
- Energetic and self motivated individual that is flexible with changing priorities
- Physically fit and able to lift large, heavy equipment and materials
- Thorough and efficient
- Good arithmetic skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Valid driver’s license is preferable
