Job description: we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented concrete finisher to join our team for a seasonal position.
Salary Detail
$37.50 – $37.51 an hour

Job Detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete using hand tools, trowels, floats, and edgers.
- Set forms, align, and secure as needed for pouring concrete.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as power trowels, screeds, and floats.
- Apply finishing techniques to achieve the desired surface texture, including broom finishes, stamping, or polishing.
- Monitor curing processes and ensure proper curing techniques are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleanup of tools and materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete finishing or construction preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requirements:
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
