Professional Track Record is required

Diploma in releted field is required

• Showing up to work on time and doing everything necessary to get the job d1correctly.
• Professional and courteous at all times when interacting with customers and co- workers.
• Work with the operations manager to know about each job and what is required to get the window(s) installed.
• Maintain the truck(s) and equipment. Make sure everything is neat, clean, and in proper working order.
• Drive the crew to and from each job site.
• Communicate with the customers about the ETA, walk through their project prior to installation as well as after completion of installation.
• Lead the installation team to perform basic to routine glass block window installations.
• Lead the installation team to perform work site tear down and cleanup of the job site.
• Fill out and file all appropriate paperwork for each customer.
• Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift/carry objects up to 60 pounds.
• Satisfactory background check and drug screening
• Working knowledge of hand, power tools, and reading a tape measure
• Good communicator
• Good team leader
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ambition to excel to the next level in work and life
• Pay will be based on experience
• Schedule
• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (or when the job is completed)
