Job Detail
- Install a variety of residential windows and doors (vinyl, wood, and fiberglass)
- Ensure proper fit, sealing, insulation, and alignment of all installed products
- Remove old units while maintaining the integrity of the home structure
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently at job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate with homeowners to explain work and answer questions professionally
- Follow company installation standards and local building codes
- Complete all paperwork, service records, and job documentation accurately
- Perform minor carpentry or trim work as needed
- Work independently and/or with a crew depending on job size and complexity
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional window installation experience (residential preferred)
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and tools
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime and some weekends as needed
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with retrofit and new construction installations
- OSHA safety training certification is a plus
- Experience with door installation is a bonus
