- Commitment to safety, quality, and a positive work environment Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace windshields, door glass, back glass, mirrors, and other glass components.
- Inspect vehicles, windows, or structures to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Remove broken or damaged glass safely and clean the work area thoroughly.
- Use adhesive systems, hand tools, and power tools accurately in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure proper sealing, bonding, and curing of glass installations.
- Follow all industry safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Document work performed using company systems or work orders.
- Assist with mobile service appointments as required.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in glass installation or auto body repair preferred. training may be provided.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
