Job Detail
- Prep forged and fabricated metal parts by sanding cleaning and organizing materials
- Apply paint and protective coatings using sprayers and finishing tools
- Inspect completed pieces to ensure they meet Urban Forge quality and color standards
- Follow production lists and maintain smooth workflow through the finishing department
- Keep your workspace clean organized and safe
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed
- What We Are Looking For
- Experience in industrial automotive or furniture painting is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift fifty pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable punctual and able to follow instructions
- Willing to learn and contribute to a team oriented environment
