Job Detail
- Prepare surfaces for painting through sandblasting.
- Apply paint using spray equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct maintenance tasks including electrical, fixture installation, and general repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety regulations
- Skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to pay attention to detail.
- Experience with industrial painting and airless paint spraying.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols.
- Maintenance Person experience with maintenance tasks across various building systems
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing fixtures is a plus.
