Job Detail
- Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, scraping, or sandblasting as needed.
- Repair drywall, fill holes or cracks with putty or plaster, and ensure smooth finishes.
- Protect work areas by covering furniture, fixtures, and flooring with drop cloths or tape.
- Calculate required materials and time needed for each project.
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to access work areas.
- Clean, maintain, and store painting tools and supplies after each use.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper protective gear at all times.
- Communicate job progress and completion status with the Maintenance Superintendent.
- Perform related maintenance tasks, including light carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work as assigned.
