Joboverview we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented painter to join our team.
Salary Detail
$16 – $25 an hour

Job Detail
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform caulking to ensure smooth surfaces before painting.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, including power tools and airless paint sprayers.
- Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ability to place and climb ladders as needed.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks related to painting and restoration projects.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in residential and or commercial painting/a diligent and eager attitude to learn, if individuals do not have experience.
- Experience with brushes, rollers, hand tools, and airless paint spraying equipment.
- Knowledge of plastering techniques and stucco application is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint usage.
- Previous maintenance person experience or involvement in renovation projects is preferred.
