Job Detail
- Erect metal buildings and install structural frameworks according to blueprints and schematics
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing tasks
- Execute masonry work including stucco, siding, and plastering as needed
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate framing activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction
- Manage framing projects involving woodworking, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and remodeling tasks
- Install metal studs and perform drywall installation in interior framing projects
- Assist with construction site management including material handling and site safety compliance
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion
- Skills
- Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work
- Experience with framing carpentry including wood framing, metal stud framing, trim carpentry
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively on large-scale projects
