Job summary we are seeking a skilled and dependable carpenter / laborer to join our construction team.

$22 – $35 an hour

Job Detail
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, drywall installation, and door hanging
- Fabricate custom components for projects such as cabinets or fixtures
- Install fixtures such as lighting, plumbing fixtures, or cabinetry
- Conduct demolition work safely and efficiently in preparation for new construction or renovation projects
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required throughout the job site
- Experience
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles with knowledge of various trades including framing, roofing, drywall installation, and finishing
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings to guide project work
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and restoration industry practices
- Prior experience in remodeling, water damage restoration, siding installation, or electrical/plumbing work is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes is advantageous

- Pay: $22 – $35 per hour
